Travel Health Advice

If you are planning a trip abroad and require any vaccinations, please submit a travel assessment form 12 weeks before you are due to travel. Please note that any vaccine needs to be administered at least 2 weeks before travelling.

If you have a complex travel itinerary or if you are travelling beyond Europe or for longer than 2 weeks, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment with a Private Travel Clinic for advice and possible private vaccinations. We no longer offer private travel vaccines at Lyme Bay Medical Practice.
