Travel Health
Updated the 1st of May 2025
Please note that the Practice no longer offers private travel vaccinations or prescriptions for malaria.
We do offer travel vaccinations that are available under the NHS, including:
- Typhoid
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Polio
- Hepatitis A and
- Cholera.
Travel Health Advice
If you are planning a trip abroad and require any vaccinations, please submit a travel assessment form 12 weeks before you are due to travel. Please note that any vaccine needs to be administered at least 2 weeks before travelling.
If you have a complex travel itinerary or if you are travelling beyond Europe or for longer than 2 weeks, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment with a Private Travel Clinic for advice and possible private vaccinations. We no longer offer private travel vaccines at Lyme Bay Medical Practice.
Select the region you are travelling to find out more.
